About this space
Alum Creek Farm is a seasonal wedding venue in Delaware with an all-white barn that seats 175 and a vintage greenhouse for ceremonies. Cocktail hour is held on a gravel area with a horse trailer bar. Events run May to October.

How they charge
One-day rental for the 2025-2027 wedding season. Saturday: $12,500 in May, June, September and October, $10,500 in July and August. Friday or Sunday: $10,500 in May, June, September and October, $8,500 in July and August. Contact the venue for weekday pricing. There are no service fees, taxes, food or drink minimums, guest count minimums or gratuities.
Deposit
A retainer fee of 25% is required to reserve your date. The final payment of 75% is due 90 days prior to the event. A date cannot be held without a deposit and a signed contract.

Event hours
Events run May to October. The rental is 14 hours, 10:00 am to 11:00 pm (13 hours of use plus an hour for vendor cleanup and exit). Music can play until 11pm at the latest.

Parking
60+ complimentary parking spaces, a lit lot, a parking attendant and directional signs. Overflow parking is at the top and bottom of the driveway.
