Who runs this guide
Columbus Event Spaces is run by GM SideKick™, a product of Spark Leads Agency, LLC, 2691 E Main St, Columbus, OH 43209. GM SideKick™ also sells an event booking service to venues. We don’t own or run any venue in the guide.
Listings aren’t endorsements
A listing doesn’t mean a venue works with us or endorses us. We don’t endorse any venue either. Our scores and notes are our opinion.
Partners and fees
Venues that pay GM SideKick™ to help book their events are marked “GM SideKick™ partner” on their cards and pages. When you book one through us, we earn a fee. It is built into the price the venue quotes you. Concierge picks and 24-hour lists can include partners. We score partners by the same rules as every other venue. No one can buy a score.
Scores are our opinion
Each score is GM SideKick™’s opinion of how easy a venue is to book. It comes from dated tests where we reach out like a real guest. A score can change after new tests. It is not a promise about your event. Our descriptions and tips are our opinion too. How we score explains the tests.
Venue facts
We gather facts from public sources, such as venue websites, and from venues that check their pages. Facts change. Rooms, rules, menus, hours, and fees can change without notice. Hours and “open now” use Columbus time and can be wrong on holidays. Check with the venue before you book.
Prices are estimates
Prices on this site are estimates for planning. An all-in price takes the food and drink minimum or the per-guest total, whichever is higher. It adds the room fee, the service charge, and estimated tax. It leaves out tips and any other fees we list. When a venue lists only a minimum, the price reads “At least.” The venue sets the final price. Your deposit and any refund follow the venue’s rules.
Featured spots
Featured spots are labeled. A featured spot is not a ranking. It never changes a score.
Replies from venues
We pass your question to the venue. We cannot make a venue reply. If a venue is slow to reply, you can ask us for other spaces. That list may include partners. Reply times we show for our concierge are our goal, not a promise.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos show a room as it looked when they were taken. Setups, decor, and furniture change. Most photos come from the venues’ own websites and belong to their owners. We credit the source under the photos and videos on each venue, room and event page. Some room photos are our best match and may show a different room. When we have no photo of a room, we may show another part of the venue. Ask the venue what your room will look like on your date. Own a photo here, or appear in one? Email support@gmsidekick.app and we take it down.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. We don’t check food safety, allergens, access, licenses, or safety. Filters such as “Accessible” and “Handles allergies” come from venue websites and from what venues tell us. Ask the venue. Your contract is with the venue. Read it before you pay.

Our website links to other websites and relies on third-party tools, such as Google Maps and our chat. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
Trademarks
GM SideKick™ and the GM SideKick™ mark are trademarks of Spark Leads Agency, LLC. Venue names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the venues.
These notes and our Terms
These notes explain Columbus Event Spaces. Our guest Terms make this page part of our agreement. If anything here and the Terms disagree, the Terms decide. We may update this page. The current version is always here with its Last updated date.
