Is there a deposit?

Booked online, the reservation fee is 100% of the total rental cost. The paper contract lists it as half of the hall rental fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than two weeks before the event for a full refund of the reservation fee. Later than that, the fee is forfeited.

Does setup and cleanup time count?

Yes. Setup and cleanup must fit inside the rental period. Extra time costs $100 an hour.

Can I use confetti or balloons?

No. Rice, confetti, bird seed and balloons may not be used in the building. Bouncy houses are also not allowed.
