How do I book the hall?

How much does it cost?

$90 an hour Monday to Thursday and $120 an hour Friday to Sunday and holidays, with a 6 hour minimum. Full-day rates are $1,500 and $2,000.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. A $500 deposit is required on all rentals when the agreement is signed. It does not go toward the rental.

What is the cancellation policy?

The How To Rent page says a full deposit refund at 30 days out, $250 back at 15 to 29 days, and none at 14 days or less. Ask the Rental Manager to confirm.

When is payment due?

The full rental amount is due 1 week (5 business days) before the event. Payment is by cash, check or money order.

Can we use candles or balloons?

Only candles enclosed in glass. No helium balloons, and no smoking in the building.

How can we hang decorations?

Plasti-Tak or similar non-permanent products or blue painters' tape. No staples, tacks, nails or shipping tape.

Is there a kitchen?

Yes. A commercial grade kitchen is $25 an hour, or included in the full-day and half-day rates. It has plates, glasses, flatware, a fridge, freezer, microwave and warming oven.

Can we bring our own food?

Yes. Food and beverages may be brought in at no additional cost.

Can we bring alcohol?

Yes, but it cannot be sold. Alcohol for minors or drunk by minors is strictly forbidden, and alcohol outside must be in plastic cups.

How many people does the hall hold?

The How To Rent page says 176 for banquet and auditorium seating. The rules PDF sets a maximum capacity of 172.

What furniture is included?

18 eight-foot tables, 10 six-foot tables and 20 five-foot round tables, plus chairs.

Who sets up and cleans up?

The renter. The renter is responsible for set up, tear down and clean up of the event.

Is there a sound system?

Yes. The rental includes a sound system and a pull down screen. The hall also has a velvet draped stage and lighting.

Until when can music play?

Inside until 11:30pm Friday and Saturday and 10:00pm Sunday to Thursday. No amplified music outside.
