Gary Callicoat opened the first Rusty Bucket in Dublin, Ohio, in 2002. He came up through Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and was general manager of Martini Modern Italian when the idea for the Bucket was born. Today there are 17 locations in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
