High Line Car House is a historic brick event hall between German Village and the Brewery District. The Grande Hall has chandeliers, uplighting and curtains that close off areas. A Foyer with a welcome bar and a gated outdoor Veranda were added in 2024.

Rental plus a food and beverage minimum. January to March: Fri $3,500 ($3k min), Sat $5,000 ($3.5k min), Sun $2,000 ($3k min), Mon-Thu $250/hr ($1k min). April to December: Fri $5,000 ($5k min), Sat $6,500 ($10k min), Sun $3,500 ($3k min), Mon-Thu $500/hr ($1.5k min).

To hold the date, pay the rental fee in full by cash or check and sign the contract with a credit card on file.
