About this space
The Hilliard Ohio Historical Society rents four spaces in its Historical Village at Weaver Park: Norwich Pavilion, Colwell Chapel, the Gazebo and the SBC Pavilion. Norwich Pavilion seats 132 guests, and rentals start at $60 for a time block.

How they charge
Rent by time block: 8 am to noon, 1 pm to 5 pm or 6 pm to 10 pm, or all day. Norwich Pavilion is $150 per block or $330 all day. Colwell Chapel is $540. SBC Pavilion is $110 per block or $240 all day. Gazebo is $60 per block or $150 all day. A dressing area for weddings is $75.
Deposit
A $200 damage, cleaning and rental deposit applies. It is fully refunded if all conditions are met, as decided by the facility manager after the event. Dates are not held until the deposit is received. The total amount due is required no later than 90 days before the event.

Event hours
Rentals run in three time blocks (8 am to noon, 1 pm to 5 pm, 6 pm to 10 pm) or all day (8 am to 10 pm). Rentals are available April 1 through November 30. Not available on New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Franklin County Fair week, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Parking is permitted only in designated spots, not on the grass. For the Village, enter through the Franklin County Fairgrounds west entrance from Columbia Street.
