Is there a deposit?

The Weekend Experience needs a $500 damage deposit, due 2 weeks before the wedding date. Boutique wedding balance is due at booking.

What does a party or social event cost?

Monday to Thursday and Sunday: $200 an hour up to 50 guests, $300 up to 100 and $400 up to 150. Call for Saturday.

What does a prom cost?

$4,000 for rental from 3pm to 11pm. The event ends at 10pm to allow one hour of clean up.

What decor is allowed?

How does bar service work?

It is a five-hour service. You bring beer, wine or signature cocktail ingredients and HPR provides the bartender, coolers, supplies, ice, cups and a water station. 21+ with valid ID.

Soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite) is $1.50 per guest as a non-alcoholic option. An iced tea, lemonade and coffee station is $2.5 per person.

The Pavilion hosts up to 50 guests. It has private bathrooms, a DJ area, a catering room and a dance floor.

What does the Pavilion rental include?

Tables, chairs and linens for guest and service tables, plus a sound system. Hourly rental is $150.

Can we have a small wedding or elopement?

Yes. Boutique weddings run Sunday to Thursday for 2 to 50 guests, with up to 6 hours at the Pavilion and ceremony site.
