King Arts Complex is an arts and cultural center in Columbus's King-Lincoln District. Rent the Nicholson Auditorium, which seats 250, two dance studios or the Smoot Board Room. The minimum rental fee is $1,200 per event.

How they charge
Minimum rental fee is $1,200 per event. Nicholson Auditorium adds a $250 flat facility setup fee, plus facility attendants and security officers at $45 an hour each. Technical operator and lighting technician are $45 an hour each if needed.
Deposit
Rentals must be approved with deposit and confirmation before the event is marketed to the public.
