About this space
Lashutka Event Center is a city-run rental in a dam tender's house built in 1816, on Griggs Reservoir in Columbus. The 1,024 square foot main room holds up to 50 people. It has a kitchenette and an enclosed patio, and rents by the hour Tuesday to Sunday.

How they charge
Rental is by the hour: $100 for Columbus residents and $120 for non-residents. Tuesday to Saturday: all day 8 a.m.-11 p.m. (eight-hour minimum), daytime 8 a.m.-4 p.m. or evening 5:30-11 p.m. (four-hour minimum each). Sunday: 8 a.m.-8 p.m., four-hour minimum, one reservation per day.
Deposit
The rental fee is due in full at the time of booking.
