About this space
Leeds Farm in Ostrander, Ohio, rents two covered shelters on September and October weekends. From May to August it hosts private events and weddings in the 7,000 square foot North Barn.

How they charge
Shelters are rented by time slot. The Pine Shelter is $250 shelter only, or $400 (September weekends) or $500 (October weekends) with 20 passes. The Pond Shelter is $500 shelter only, or $800 (September) or $1,000 (October) with 40 passes. North Barn and fall private party pricing is not posted.
Deposit
Pine Shelter deposit is $100 and Pond Shelter deposit is $200, paid at reservation. The balance is due the day of the visit when admission passes are picked up. If it rains the day of the event the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel or do not arrive, the farm keeps the deposit.

Event hours
Shelter rentals run on September and October weekends. Private events and weddings run May to August. Fall private parties run 6:00-8:00 pm on weeknight or weekend evenings.

Parking
Grass parking field. Handicap spots are marked and closest to the Admission Barn. Summer private events have a designated parking area for 300+ vehicles. There is no vehicle parking or loading zone at the shelters.
