There is no fee for the room itself. You spend a set minimum on food and drinks before tax and gratuity. Any shortfall is billed as a room fee. Beer garden areas have food and drink minimums too.
Deposit
Banquet Room: a $250 deposit holds your date and comes off the final bill. It is nonrefundable and non-transferable. Beer garden: 50% is due at booking and is nonrefundable.
