Meekers Venue is a family-run event venue in a renovated 1873 church in Delaware, Ohio. Rent the Gathering Room, the Balcony Room or the full facility by the hour. Wedding packages are also offered.

How they charge
Special events are priced by the hour. Gathering Room $130 per hour (3-hour minimum); Balcony Room $195 per hour (3-hour minimum); Full Facility $250 per hour (3-hour minimum). Lower hourly rates apply for 5+ hours and on weekdays. Wedding packages are priced by season and year.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit invoice is paid after the electronic contract is signed. The date is not booked until the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. The deposit amount is not posted.

Fridays and Saturdays are usually reserved for weddings. They can be booked if they are available less than 4 months out, and Fridays and Saturdays in January and February can be booked anytime.
