About this space
North 4th Corridor is an urban-industrial event venue complex inside the historic Smith Bros Hardware Co. building in downtown Columbus. It has three spaces: Brick & Mortar, Post 4 and Revery. Milo's Catering operates the venue and provides the food.

Rental fees are $1,000 for Post 4 and Brick & Mortar and $2,000 for Revery. That is for Monday to Thursday evening events after 5pm, with up to 4 hours of guest time. A food and drink minimum applies, and the final catering invoice adds a 15% facility fee.
