Full-service in-house catering is offered for private events at the main venue and the Taphouse. Staff, tables and chairs are provided for holiday parties. Bar service is 21+ with valid ID. Retreat 21 serves alcohol under its own permits.

About this space
Retreat 21 is an all-inclusive event venue on 64 acres just outside Columbus. It has three event spaces, a working winery and cidery, a Taphouse for casual parties, and onsite lodging.

How they charge
Taphouse standard events start at $500 for up to 60 seated. Taphouse large events start at $700 for up to 150 guests. The Pavilion is $150 for 3 hours. A Taphouse pricing guide is sent on request.
Deposit
Weddings: a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable fee reserve the date. A $500 security/damage deposit is due 15 days before the event.

Event hours
Holiday happy hours run Monday to Thursday, 1pm to 5pm. Holiday team retreats run weekdays, up to 8 hours (9am to 5pm). Holiday parties run up to 3 hours.

Parking
On-property parking is included in a wedding reservation. Vehicles can stay overnight and must be removed by 10am the next morning unless the guest stays in a cabin.
