How much does the small event space cost?

$225 Monday to Thursday and $275 Friday to Sunday, all year, for 2 hours.

How much does the enclosed patio cost?

The rate depends on the month: $1000 in January and February, $1500 in March, April (Monday to Thursday), September and December, and $2000 in October and November. Each slot is 2 hours.

Does the patio rate count toward food and drink?

For the starred patio rates, the rate is the minimum due, and any drink or food purchase goes toward it.

Is the patio available in summer?

Snacks include hot pretzels, bosco sticks, chicken fingers, breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Rotating food trucks visit on a posted schedule.

A full espresso bar, beer, cocktails and soft drinks. Guests drinking alcohol must be 21+ with valid ID.

Yes. There is a full bar with cocktails, seltzer and wine, plus non-alcoholic options like hop water and a full coffee bar.

A TV for showing your content and internet are available.
