The Ellis is a converted early 1900s warehouse in Italian Village. Its 1,900 sq ft Main Hall Ballroom holds up to 200, with a mezzanine and an outdoor courtyard. Weddings, corporate events and parties are hosted.

How they charge
Wedding receptions start at a minimum investment based on the day and season. Typical starts: Friday from $16,000, Saturday from $20,000, Sunday from $13,000, winter and weekdays from $12,000. A 22% service fee and taxes apply.
Deposit
A non-refundable $1,000 deposit books the date. After that, monthly or quarterly payments are due, with the last about 30 days before the event.
