The Terrace is a 3,900-square-foot event space on the fourth floor of the Lincoln Building in the Short North. It has indoor space and a wrap-around terrace with views of High Street and downtown Columbus. It holds up to 100 guests.

How they charge
An overall event minimum applies: $4,500 Sunday to Thursday, $5,500 Friday and $7,500 Saturday. Venue rental is $300 an hour Sunday to Thursday, $400 Friday and $475 Saturday, for up to six hours. A 25% service charge applies to food and beverage.
