Questions guests ask about Urban Air Dublin

Question 1

What birthday packages does Urban Air Dublin list?

Accepted Answer

Three: Small Squad ($149.99, 5 guests), Fall Freebies ($299.99, 10 guests, with a free cookie cake and 10 party favors) and Unlimited Play ($299.99, 10 guests). All are 2-hour parties with every attraction and All Day Play afterward.

Question 2

How much is a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Small Squad is paid in full at booking. Fall Freebies and Unlimited Play take a $49 deposit plus booking fee and tax, and the balance is due on party day.

Question 3

What does an extra guest cost?

Accepted Answer

$24.99 each, which is an Unlimited Play ticket per guest. Guests who only watch do not pay.

Question 4

How long is a party, and can we keep playing after it?

Accepted Answer

Parties are 2 hours. Guests then get All Day Play until the park closes, and the page notes play time starts when the party begins and capacity restrictions may apply.

Question 5

How far ahead should we book?

Accepted Answer

The Urban Air FAQ recommends booking at least 2 weeks before the party. Parties are booked online by picking a package and a date.

Question 6

What are the park hours?

Accepted Answer

Mon 1-7 pm, Tue 4-7 pm, Wed 1-7 pm, Thu 4-7 pm, Fri 1-9 pm, Sat 11 am-8 pm and Sun 11 am-7 pm. No holiday hours are scheduled right now.

Question 7

What are the cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

The Urban Air FAQ says cancelling with more than 72 hours' notice means you do not owe anything further but give up the deposit. A no-show forfeits the deposit and the full amount is charged. This is the brand-wide FAQ, so ask the park for Dublin specifics.

Question 8

Does everyone need a waiver and socks?

Accepted Answer

Every customer who wants to use the attractions must sign a waiver, and it only needs signing once. Urban Air Socks are required.

Question 9

Can we bring our own food?

Accepted Answer

No outside food or drink is allowed. A cake, cupcakes or cookies (not ice cream cakes) are allowed with a booked party.

Question 10

What food and drink come with a party?

Accepted Answer

Bottled water is included (5 bottles for Small Squad, 10 for the others), plus plates, cups, napkins and cutlery. Pizza and drinks come with a private room or VIP Suite. Add-ons include a cookie cake ($29.99, serves 12) and Dippin' Dots ($4.99 per guest).

Question 11

Can we bring something for a guest with a food allergy?

Accepted Answer

The Urban Air FAQ says to tell the park when booking if a child has special needs, such as being gluten intolerant, so it can plan accommodations.

Question 12

Where does the party sit?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes a reserved party table with tablecloth and runner, setup, cleanup and a shared party host. A Private Room or VIP Suite is an upgrade; its price is not posted on the page.

Question 13

Do we get a private host?

Accepted Answer

A table has a shared host who cannot take the kids around the park. The FAQ says a Private Party Room or Suite comes with a private host.

Question 14

Who sets up and cleans up?

Accepted Answer

The park does. The page lists setup and cleanup, a party host, and a table rental with each package.

Question 15

Do parents who only watch pay?

Accepted Answer

No. The FAQ says the park does not charge parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch, but anyone using the attractions counts as a paid guest.
